New Canaan

New Canaan is a re-adaptation of my original pattern Canaan which previously was only available as part of the e-book The Basics. But I decided to revamp the pattern a bit, adding some additional yarn weights to the instructions and releasing it as a stand-along pattern, hence the name “New Canaan”.

This cowl pattern is the kind of thing you can knit while you are watching a movie or TV, or while at your knit group, or any situation where you want something interesting to knit but that you don’t have to think too much about. And, because the instructions are written for fingering, sport, DK, worsted and bulky weight yarns, practically any yarn will work for it!
